Administrative Services

For the Association, Prime HOA Management WA is in charge of certain administrative duties. For the membership and board meetings, we compile and distribute the necessary materials, agendas, and ballots.

We additionally:

• Participate in board meetings

• Investigate and purchase insurance plans in accordance with the Association's guidelines and bylaws.

• Maintain documentation of HOA operations.
